REFUND

Submission of documents:

Following the start of your membership upon payment, LA will only arrange a date for you after you have submitted the following documents via email or by hand:
1. Copy of Identification card,
2. Copy of education certificate,
3. Copy of income slip,
4. Copy of divorce certificate or spouse death certificate (if any).
5. Profile & Additional Questionnaire

6 Months No Match Refund: If LA has not provided any matches for you within a period of six (6) months following the date of our receipt of all the relevant documents required, you may request for a refund and termination of membership and LA will return to you the membership fee less the registration and processing fees, inclusive of any complimentary VIOLA or VIOLET tokens or any other related tokens that might be used in the future – virtual tokens used in our services, which are non-refundable. Tokens will be received in the wallet of Viola.AI app.

This does not apply if you have gone out for a date arranged by us or if a date has been scheduled by us prior to your request for the refund. After you have gone out for the first LA date, all membership fees paid to LA are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. The refund process will take 8 – 10 weeks after the refund confirmation email has been sent to you.

Additional services such as, but not limited to, “Dating Books” (“OTHER SERVICES”) are available to our members for purchase.
